My Personal Fitness Program: an Overview

I took part in a 10K organized in my city and managed to finish it with an unexpected 41.07 time. This got me really excited but also made my mind dream too much about future competitions.

Balance is the key and right now it’s not the time for me to occupy too much of my mind thinking about races.

So I’ll just keep stuck to my fitness program that has worked great for November. I feel my body is adapting and well responding to the workouts I challenged myself.

Right now my weekly program includes pilates, swimming, weight lifting and running. It’s working great, maybe I never felt fitter in my life!
